Welcome to XYPROS Car Rental. By accessing and using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
Renters must present a valid driver’s license and a credit card at the time of pickup.
2. Driver Requirements
Minimum age to rent is 21 years.
Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25.
3. Booking & Payments
A valid form of payment is required to confirm a reservation.
All prices include VAT and standard insurance unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your rental starts.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of pickup time.
5. Insurance & Liability
All vehicles come with basic insurance. Optional full coverage is available.
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
6. Use of Vehicles
Vehicles may not be used off-road or for illegal purposes.
Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
7. Modifications
XYPROS Car Rental reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.
